• Analysis and evaluation of insurance providers from quotation to implementation and all the stages involved.
• Education and other presentations to client or employees as necessary.
• Training of Client’s Plan Administrator(s).
• Support in the Administrative function along with the Client’s Plan Administrator.
• Collection of Claims from Client’s Plan Administrator(s).
• Negotiation of claim settlements from Insurers for queried claims.
• Tracking and monitoring of service delivery to insureds all aspects.
